Bookings and Account applications made through this site are not accepted until you have received a Confirmation Notice. An acknowledgement receipt is not a confirmation of acceptance and should not be considered as such. Station Taxis Limited accepts no responsibility for failing to meet bookings assumed to be complete by the orderer without a Confirmation Notice.

Terms and Conditions for Registered users:

By creating an account and logging on to the private area of the Station Taxis Website you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Station Taxis reserves the right to change, without notice, the specifications, drawings and information contained in this Website.

Station Taxis will take every effort to fix bugs, errors and further functionality. BUT Station Taxis does not assume responsibility for any errors which may appear. Access to the Station Taxis Website Registered Area is provided without warranty of any kind whether express, statutory or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All Contents are provided on an "as it is" basis.

Station Taxis will take every effort to help restore lost or damaged information if possible. But neither Station Taxis nor the Site developer shall in any event be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, Station Taxis and the site developer shall have no liability for any damage loss or corruption of data or programs stored in or used in conjunction with the Station Taxis Website Registered Area, nor shall the authors be liable for the cost of retrieving or replacing damaged lost or corrupted data.
